1. Where does Chisobox ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China, allowing us to offer affordable pricing and worldwide delivery.

2. How long does delivery take?

  • North America & Europe: 2 to 19 business days after processing
  • Rest of the World: 10 to 35 business days
    Orders are processed within 4 business days before shipping.

3. Do I get a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is processed and shipped, we’ll send a tracking number to your email so you can follow your package.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, and other secure payment methods depending on your region.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be processing or shipped.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days. Visit our Return Policy for details.

7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.

  • Nigeria (since April 14, 2025)
